JWH 210 is a potent cannabimimetic alkylindole that binds central cannabinoid and peripheral cannabinoid receptors with Ki values ​​of 0.46 and 0.69 nM, respectively.

For long-term storage, we recommend storing JWH 210 as supplied at -20°C. It should be stable for at least two years. JWH 210 is supplied as a crystalline solid. A stock solution can be prepared by dissolving the JWH 210 in a solvent of choice. JWH 210 is soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, DMSO and dimethylformamide , which should be purged with an inert gas.

The solubility of JWH 210 in these solvents is approximately 0.5, 20 and 50 mg/ml, respectively. JWH 210 is poorly soluble in aqueous solutions. Therefore, further dilutions of the organic solvent solution in aqueous buffers or isotonic saline should be carried out before conducting biological experiments.

Make sure that the residual amount of organic solvent is insignificant, since organic solvents in low concentrations can have physiological effects. We recommend not storing the aqueous solution for more than one day.
