Delivery
All our products are shipped in odor-free bags/plain envelopes/boxes. The package is sealed twice with durable odor-free bags and then sealed with tape to ensure no odor can be detected. Although we dispatch orders the same day if received before 5pm, there may still be delays as the delivery process depends on the carrier and is not within our control. If an item does not arrive as expected, please email us and we will investigate and track the shipment for you.
Disclaimer
Although 99% of our orders are delivered, there is a small chance that they may be lost/stolen during shipping. If this happens and you have not received your product within 14 days, please contact us and we will try to resolve the case.

Due to the nature of the product, we are currently unable to process payments via debit or credit card. Currently, payments can be made using either cryptocurrencies or SEPA transfer.
